Without any prejudice to general Terms and Conditions, by joining and agreeing with Calconic Community terms and conditions, you gain access to copy, edit and use Community-made templates as your own and allow MB Lumius to use the likeness and/or exact copies of your calculators for, including but not limited to:
MB Lumius reserves the right to pick and choose which calculators will be used as Community templates and make changes to copies of your calculators, including but not limited to, debranding, formula, style, or layout edits, before publishing it as a Community template. MB Lumius is obligated to remove sensitive data from a copy of your calculator before publishing it as a Community template. MB Lumius reserves the right to make a draft of a copy of your calculator within the agreement period but publish and offer it as a Community template without any specific time limit even after the agreement is terminated.
In other words, by joining the Calconic Community, you grant Calconic a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple tiers), and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, combine with other works, display your calculators in connection with provision of the Services and the Company’s business, including without limitation, use for promotional purposes in any media formats and through any media channels.
The agreement cannot be terminated before the end of the agreed period of 6 months. If you want to terminate the agreement, you must inform the Calconic team after the agreed period of 6 months.
