Customizing Email Notifications

Email customization feature allows you to fully personalize and customize submission emails sent from your calculators.  

Accessing the Email Customization Dashboard

To customize submission emails, follow these steps:

  1. Open your calculator settings or any of the submission elements (Mail Results, Order Form, Payment Button) settings.
  2. Click on the Email Customization button in the top menu.

Always make sure that you have saved the changes before leaving the customization dashboard.

Email settings

Some email settings were moved from Mail Results and Order Form elements for convenience.

To ensure email deliverability, we recommend that you avoid adding an email address to Sender’s Name input field.

These settings help you make emails look more professional and match your brand.

Design

By default, emails use a standard grey template. However, you can personalize them to match your brand identity.

We would recommend to refrain from using transparent background logos as it might result in a black background depending on your inbox provider.

We recommend experimenting with the styling options to create an email design that best suits your needs.

Elements

Email notifications sent with the help of Mail Results, Order Form, or Payment Button elements include values, labels, and text from all visible calculator elements.

You can reorganize the order of elements and their visibility in email notifications sent to both the calculator owner and user.

Once you have made customizations to your email, remember to save your changes using the button at the bottom of the customization settings.

After saving, you can send yourself and email to check how the email would look like live.
